Terms and Conditions of Use Policy for Hippocrates Wellness

Welcome to Hippocrates Wellness’s website and online services (“Hippocrates Wellness Site” or the “Site”), an online information and communications service provided by Hippocrates Wellness in Florida (“Hippocrates Wellness” or “We” or “Us”). This policy is intended to cover the uses for the entire Site, although additional conditions, restrictions, and privacy policies may apply.
Modification of These Terms of Use
Hippocrates Wellness reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Hippocrates Wellness Site is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Hippocrates Wellness Site.
Reservation and Balances
• A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
• Any balance remaining on your account will be charged to the credit card on file 21 days prior to your arrival date, unless another valid payment method is provided. If the new payment method is not valid, the initial card will be used.
• A $250 preauthorization will be placed on your card on file 7 days before the start of your reservation to ensure we have an active payment method when you arrive.
No Refund Policy
No portion of your expenses is refundable or can be charged back, regardless of the circumstances, including family events, personal health emergencies, and death. Instead, a house credit will be issued and remain active for one year from the date of the original reservation. After this period, the associated funds will expire.
House Credit Policy
• If you cancel your reservation, change dates, or leave Hippocrates Wellness before your scheduled departure, a dollar value will be issued as a house credit for any full week(s) not attended. No credits are issued for partial weeks.
• Hippocrates Wellness reserves the right to update pricing at any time, and you are only guaranteed a rate that is active during the time you choose to book your reservation.
• House credits are transferable to a family member or friend if you are unable to attend the program. House credits can be used anywhere at Hippocrates Wellness, including the store, spa, salon, and for meals.
By making a reservation with Hippocrates Wellness, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.

Hippocrates Wellness may modify these terms and conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified terms and conditions on the Hippocrates Wellness Site. You agree to review the agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications, and your accessing or using the service constitutes your acceptance of the agreement as it appears at the time of your access or use. From time to time, Hippocrates Wellness may offer website visitors the opportunity to participate in additional features or services through the Hippocrates Wellness Site. You may be required to enter into additional agreements or authorizations before you can access such features or services. Description of Services
Hippocrates Wellness provides you with access to a variety of resources, including partner tools, download areas, communication forums, and product information (collectively “Services”). The Services, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new Web properties, are subject to the TOU.
Personal and Non-Commercial Use Limitation
Unless otherwise specified, the Services are for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Services.
Intended for Users 18 and Older
The Site is intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older. This website is not directed for use by children under the age of 18. Users under the age of 18 should get the assistance of a parent or guardian to use this site.

Order Limitations
We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the email address you gave us when you placed the order.
Termination of Use
Hippocrates Wellness may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the Site at any time. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination.
Hippocrates Wellness reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspects of the Site at any time without prior notice.
Blogs and Interactive Media
If you use blogging features or otherwise post information to a Site, you give Hippocrates Wellness the irrevocable right to reproduce, distribute, publish, display, edit, modify, create derivative works from, and otherwise use your submission for any purpose, in any form, and on any media.
If you use blogging features or otherwise post information to the Site, you agree that you will not:
• Post material that infringes on the rights of any third party, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Post material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, slanderous, hateful, or embarrassing to any other person or entity as determined by Hippocrates Wellness in its sole discretion.

• Post chain letters or pyramid schemes.
• Impersonate another person, including but not limited to a parent, spouse, child, or sibling.
• Allow another person to use your credentials for posting or viewing comments.
• Post the same note more than once or “spam.”
Hippocrates Wellness reserves the right (but is not obligated) to do any or all of the following:
• Remove communications that fail to conform to these terms of use.
• Terminate a user’s access to the entire Site or specific features such as the blog.
• Edit or delete any communications posted on the blog features, regardless of whether such communications violate these standards.
eCommerce
• One-time charges: A valid credit card number, expiration date, and card security code is required for all purchases. If we are unable to charge the full cost of your purchase to the credit card you provide, we may cancel your order or request an alternate form of payment. Hippocrates Wellness’s designated credit card processor will collect your credit card information and related personal information for its use in processing your payment for the products or services ordered by you. Any complaints or grievances regarding the processing of your payment should be addressed to Hippocrates Wellness at the contact information given below. You understand that the prices for products and services may be changed from time to time, but that the website will reflect current prices.
• Responsibility for charges and fees: You are solely responsible for all charges and applicable fees (including delivery charges, taxes, and any fees assessed by your bank) associated with your order.
Indemnification
You agree that you will indemnify Hippocrates Wellness against any damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of a claim by a third party relating to materials you have posted or other actions taken by you on the Site.

Errors on Hippocrates Wellness Site
Content, prices, and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Hippocrates Wellness reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Hippocrates Wellness will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the Site’s return policy.

Jurisdiction
You agree that any dispute or claim (including personal injury claims) related to your use of the Hippocrates Wellness Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate court in the state in which your care was originally given on-site by Hippocrates Wellness (Florida), or at which care was requested, and will be adjudicated pursuant to the laws of that state. This agreement also applies to anyone claiming on your behalf.
Act of God
In regard to on-campus activities:
• Guests must report any loss of or damage to their property immediately upon discovery to Hippocrates Wellness, and shall make themselves available to assist with any reports made by Hippocrates Wellness to the authorities—Sheriff/Police.
• Hippocrates Wellness shall not be liable to a guest for any loss or damage to property caused by the misconduct or negligence of a guest or an Act of God, or where the guest remains in exclusive charge of the property concerned.
• Hippocrates Wellness shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any of its obligations under this Agreement if the failure or delay was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control,
including (without limitation) war or threat of war, civil or political action or disturbance, riot, natural disaster, fire, epidemic, bad weather, terrorist activity (threatened or actual), military activity, governmental or regulatory action, industrial dispute, act of God, failure of power or machinery, failure of or interruption in externally provided services and utilities, and all similar events outside Hippocrates Wellness’s control.
• Hippocrates Wellness does not offer refunds for events caused by any reason beyond its reasonable control, including (without limitation) those listed above. In such cases, a house credit will be issued per our “House Credit Policy” for the remaining booked room time to be used at a future date.
• While all reasonable efforts have been taken by Hippocrates Wellness to ensure that bookings made under this Agreement are able to proceed, Hippocrates Wellness reserves the right to relocate any booking to another room of similar size and standard. The guest acknowledges that Hippocrates Wellness accepts no liability for any loss or damage suffered by or caused to the guest as a result of the relocation.
• Guests will be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury they may cause at Hippocrates Wellness.
These Conditions shall be governed by U.S., Palm Beach County Law, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the United States courts.
