Punta 1

Punta is located in the south east corner of the property. It has its own driveway off of Skees Road, allowing guests to park right in front of the house. It also has its own swimming pool. Paths to Punta from the main area are natural and therefore uneven. This house is great for people who like to find their space, take a walk in nature or an opportunity to listen to the birds. This house is not recommended for people with mobility issues although if driving, some rooms are wheelchair accessible.

Room 1 is a shared room with one Full bed and one Queen-sized bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. One guest gets a wardrobe, the other gets a lowboy dresser and both get a night stand to store their belongings.
