As the Hippocrates Lifestyle Medicine Master Coach and Hippocrates Coach Trainer Jennifer leads the Coach Training at Hippocrates. She is also the US representative of Patajali Yoga.
Renate is an Executive Chef at Hippocrates Wellness and also designs raw menus for SeaDream cruises. Her desserts are not to be missed!
Ken has been involved in food since he was old enough to work in his Grandfathers restaurant. He currently works as the Executive Chef at Hippocrates Wellness, a position he has cherished since 2003. He teaches classes both to guests of the Institute and the local community on living food preparation, proper food combining, tai chi and qigong, and is currently working on his Doctorate at the International College of Medical Qigong.
Eddie Grosman has always been a foodie and a health enthusiast. When he was diagnosed with prostate cancer, his passion turned into a mission. Eddie studied as a professional chef and turned his expertise into food as medicine. He is a private chef who specializes in aiding the recovery process. His recipes are fun, and delicious.
Elle Macpherson is a world renowned super model and cultivates a lifestyle that embraces positivity, self-care, and a belief in the idea that what we do for ourselves does make a difference pays off on so many levels. She is vegan and lives every day as clean, green, and active as she can as she listens to what her body needs to operate at its optimum level. She follows an alkaline diet of organic, seasonal whole foods. She loves Hippocrates and follows the diet and lifestyle to stay young and vibrantly healthy.
