An afternoon of fresh perspectives, meaningful connection and inspiration for living well benefiting Montclair Helps.

Clean-Life LIVING is about more than what we eat or the products we use. It’s about removing what gets in the way of feeling and living well and making room for the practices that sustain us.Together, we’ll explore a simpler, more intentional and authentic way of living: bringing how we nourish, move, heal, sleep, think, create, connect and care for our world into greater alignment with who we truly are.
