- Ingredients for the salad:
- 1 Bunch Asparagus – cut the tips and slice on a bias
- 2 Cups Cremini Mushrooms, quartered
- 1/2 Sliced Onion
- 2 Red Peppers, julienned
- Ingredients for the dressing:
- 2 oz. Lemon Juice
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Dried Thyme
- 1 Tbsp. Dried Oregano
- 1/4 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 Tsp. Kelp Powder
- 6 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Method
- Blend the dressing ingredients till creamy.
- Toss with salad ingredients. Enjoy!
