Start by putting the following ingredients into your blender…
2 oz. Lemon Juice
1 inch Slice of ginger (sliced)
2 C. Sliced Parsnip
Pour water into blender so it doesn’t quite cover the parsnips and blend till creamy.
Add the following to your blender…
1 Tbsp. Miso
1 Tbsp. Tahini
Blend it again.
Toss with your favorite ratio of spinach and shredded sweet potato, and enjoy!
