Mixed Sea Vegetable Salad

Yield: 4 to 6 servings

A delicious Asian treat, this salad is highly nutritious.

1 ounce dulse, sliced

1 ounce arame

1 ounce hijiki

2 nori sheets

1 cup shredded carrots

1 cup shredded daikon

6 scallions, diagonally sliced

2 large lemons, juiced

3 tablespoons raw sesame seeds

Bragg Liquid Aminos

Soak the dulse, arame, and hijiki separately until softened. Rinse all three separately and drain. Cut the nori into 1-inch squares. Combine the dulse, arame, hijiki, and nori in a large bowl. Add the carrots, daikon, and scallions. Sprinkle the lemon juice and sesame seeds over the salad and mix well. Season with Bragg Liquid Aminos to taste.

Variation

For an Asian flavor, add grated fresh ginger to taste.
