- 2 C. Shiitake Mushrooms, Sliced
- Sprinkle w/Lime Juice, set aside
- Blend until smooth:
- 1/8 C. Lime/Lemon Juice
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 2 inch Ginger Root
- 1 Tsp. Curry Powder
- 1 C. Fresh Coconut Meat
- 2 C. Coconut Water
- 2 C. Water
- 2 Scallions
- 1 Avocado
- Pinch of Cayenne
Method
- Add shiitake to soup and serve.
