28 May 2012Suggested Use: 18 Capsules begin slowly with 2 to 5 capsules. Gradually increase to 18 capsules a day. If you are experiencing environmental or physical stress, feel free to enjoy as many Power Powder capsules as you like. For Powder users, begin slowly, with 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon. Gradually increase to 1 tablespoon or more per day. Please store away from direct sunlight or heat. After opening, refrigerate for optimal freshness.
