Looking for a sauce to liven up your nori rolls or veggie wraps? Our raw vegan mayo is so simple with just 2 ingredients, yet it packs powerful flavor, healthy fats, and probiotics!
Ingredients:
- 2 Avocados
- 1 Cup of Kimchi
Technique:
- Juice your Kimchi and set it aside.
- Slice your avocados and place them in a high speed blender.
- Add a few teaspoons of the liquid and blend.
- Continue to fold in the juiced kimchi until you read your desired level of heat.
- Use any unused portion of the juiced kimchi for a salad dressing or sauce.
- Enjoy your spicy mayo!
