Gingered Pumpkin Seed Dressing (Raw Vegan)

Ok fall, we are ready for you! Here is the way we like to usher in the change of season raw vegan style.

YIELD: 2.5 CUPS

1 cup pumpkin seeds, soaked, or 3/4 cup pumpkin seed butter

1 cup chopped broccoli stems

2 tablespoons chopped ginger

1 clove garlic

1⅓ cups water or celery juice

1½ teaspoons fresh lemon juice,

3/4 tablespoon Bragg Liquid Aminos or Nama Shoyu (optional)

1/4 teaspoon liquid stevia extract (optional)
