Starting with a desire to help people to lead better, healthier lives, combined with a strong passion for growing, Elgee began in 2014 in South Florida growing sunflowers, greens and wheatgrass, and selling them in the local Farmers Markets. After receiving a gift of a Moringa plant, the founders went on to research the plant, and quickly found out why it is called the “Miracle Tree”, and decided to concentrate their efforts on Moringa.

Very few companies can say they grow their own Moringa. Planted and processed in the US, ELGEE Moringa is grown under organic conditions, using our own compost to fertilize our soil, creating zero-waste processes and a positive work environment where people could feel good about what they do for a living.
