Yellow jessamine is one of the many beautiful ornamental plants that adorn the Hippocrates campus for the enjoyment of our guests. The beautiful and highly fragrant bright yellow flower on this trellising plant draws butterflies and hummingbirds for their sweet nectar. Jessamine is common in the coastal plains and Piedmont regions from Virginia to South Florida and west to Arkansas and Texas. While jessamine is not edible, parts of this plant have traditionally been used in homeopathy.
Come to Hippocrates and enjoy a relaxing, rejuvenating visit on our beautiful fifty acre tropical oasis campus. Jumpstart your natural vibrant health while exploring our many gardens brimming with vibrant and fragrant plants.
