If an individual wants to provide professional health coaching, or professional coaching in any field: business, wealth, couples or mentoring professionally, they should of course first become professionally trained as a professional coach or professional mentor. The quality of the training provided by the company makes a difference in the standard of the coach or mentor being well trained, but training and certification is not enough, as any company can actually certify you as a professional mentor or professional coach, regardless of the quality of their training or education. Upon completion of certified training a person will receive their certificate, so they are certified. Whereas accreditation or credentialing is completely different. A professional authority that provides accreditation, will audit the training that they support and have relationships between branches and levels of government, holding a different standard in the industry. A trained, certified coach too will have to pass a further assessment to gain an accreditation with an authority.

Accreditation demonstrates that a coach or mentor has the required professional knowledge and ability to apply that knowledge effectively in their practice.

But just having an accreditation with any accreditation body is not enough; an accreditation awarded by a professional body such as the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring (IAPC&M) can only be considered valid. Some organizations and institutions offer professional training and coach training education that meets the requirements of the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring (IAPC&M). Our Plant-Based Nutrition and Wellness Program is an IAPC&M accredited program, to make you an expert to teach and mentor others. Our Hippocrates Professional Coach Training Program is an IAPC&M accredited coach training program to train you in professional coaching. Both programs deliver education while meeting the standards required by the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring.Accreditation with the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring helps you to earn professional credentials that the general public can trust as a professional

Accreditation from the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring (IAPC&M) means:

Being the most trusted body for providing accreditation, the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring accredited coaches automatically gain a client's confidence. In addition, an accreditation from IAPC&M conveys to the client that the mentor or coach has all the required skills, experience, and knowledge necessary to practice safely, effectively, and legally.

Besides providing accreditation to coaches and mentors, the IAPC&M also provides different accreditation tools to constantly improve coaching skills, like continuing education, coaching tools, a webinar library, mentoring program, and coaching business classes. The approach adopted by the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring is a capability model instead of competency. This method is considered more effective in accrediting or credentialing.

This method differs from customary competency and provides a much more accurate method for determining a coach's ability. In short, this method answers the question: Can the coach deliver what they say they can?

The Hippocrates Wellness Plant-Based Nutrition and Wellness Program teaches how to transition to an organic, raw and living food plant-based lifestyle, the science behind the living food, plant-based lifestyle with hundreds of delicious recipes, principles of health, attachment styles, neurobiology, emotional health, exercise, wellness protocols and so much more with regular video support calls. The Hippocrates Wellness Plant-Based Nutrition and Wellness Program is accredited with and therefore held to the standards of the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring.

The Hippocrates Professional Coach Training Program teaches how to coach someone professionally: listening skills, questioning skills, communication skills, capability, competency, and the knowledge to know the difference. With an emphasis on capability, this program will educate you on how to effectively coach clients. During this program, the coach will have coaching and wellness related video mentoring calls, and learn to apply the practices learned. The Hippocrates Professional Coach Training Program is accredited with and therefore held to the standards of the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring.

Once a certificate has been achieved via completion of one of our Hippocrates Wellness programs to gain accreditation from the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring, a coach needs to pass a capability assessment with the IAPC&M. This capability assessment is what discovers your uniqueness. It tests your capability through a trusted model that evaluates meaning while exploring your knowledge and ability to apply it.

The International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring model aims to recognize the internal factors you bring along and your ability to apply those factors in complex situations. Overall, this method determines your capabilities and how well you could use those in client situations.

At Hippocrates Wellness, when a student completes the Plant-Based Nutrition and Wellness program the IAPC&M Master Mentor instructor assesses them in a live assessment call to determine their capability as a Hippocrates Wellness Expert Mentor in action. When students in coach training complete the Hippocrates Professional Coach Training Program the IAPC&M Master Coach instructor assesses them in a live assessment call to determine their capability as a coach in action. Successful completion of either of the Hippocrates Wellness programs means a Hippocrates Wellness certification is accomplished. The student can then take their certificate and then move to passing their accreditation process and assessment with the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring.

Accreditation/Credentials Make the Difference in Skills & Standards

In the highly competitive field of online education and coach training and certificates, accreditation is important because this means an authority in coaching standards has approved this person. It also safeguards the public by knowing who has had professional training and who has not, and also to know the standard of the training has met professional criteria.

We offer two online education programs; our Plant-Based Nutrition and Wellness Program is an International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring accredited program, to make you an expert to teach and mentor others in plant-based nutrition and wellness protocols. Our Hippocrates Professional Coach Training Program is an International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring accredited program, to make you a professional coach, so you can coach others professionally. If both programs are taken and passed, this certifies the student as a Hippocrates Wellness Endorsed Coach with the credentials after their name HWC. For Hippocrates Wellness to support this Hippocrates Endorsed Coach this individual needs to be accredited by the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring, because this keeps our standards high in the capability of professionally helping others to achieve health, wellness and their potential in life.
