Avocado Mayo (Raw Vegan)
- YIELD: 1.5 CUPS
- 2 avocados
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground mustard seed
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne, optional
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Bragg Liquid Aminos or Nama Shoyu
- 1/8 teaspoon liquid stevia extract
- In a food processor or strong blender, combine all ingredients.
- Mix well and season to taste.
