The Hippocrates Signature Green Juice is a major component of the Life Transformation Program and adding this delicious and nutritious drink to your daily routine is one of the best things you can do for your health. Juicing green vegetables provides your body with highly concentrated nutrients that are optimal for regenerating, purifying, and healing your body. Juicing removes the fiber and allows for easier digestion and better nutrient absorption.
The Hippocrates Green Juice is served twice daily, once at 10 AM and then again at 4 PM. On Wednesdays, which are fasting days, a third green juice is provided at noon as a meal replacement for lunch. Consuming a green juice as a replacement for a meal is a great way to give your digestive system a rest by providing it with the necessary nutrients that are needed to help repair, heal and nourish your body.
Drinking green juice will naturally aid in weight loss because cravings for sweets and processed foods will diminish because you are providing your body with the nutrients that it needs.
Run the vegetables through the juicer first, then follow with the sunflower and pea sprouts. To generate 6 ounces of sprout juice, start with one handful of sunflower sprouts and one handful of pea sprouts. Juicing a little ginger or garlic with these ingredients will also provide the body with health benefits. Ginger is used as a dietary aid to prevent indigestion and nausea and garlic helps fight heart disease and can help treat colds and infections. Feel free to experiment by adding different greens to your juice like kale, spinach, swiss chard, parsley or greens of beets. These greens are high in chlorophyll and will help strengthen the blood and rebuild red blood cells.
Juicing helps alkalize your body and this could be one of the best preventative ways to fight disease.
Incorporating this incredible green drink into your life will help improve your energy, aid in weight loss and contribute to healthy, glowing skin while also removing toxins from your body. Juicing provides your body with an instant rush of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to help you with natural, real energy to help you through your day.
